  • Interior doors are in White Oak, glazed to public rooms solid, to all other rooms.
  • Karcher brushed chrome door handles and ironmongery.
  • Skirtings, facings and window sills finished in American White Oak to all public rooms; white elsewhere.
  • Traditional style high ceilings with feature double cornice in Drawing Rooms and Ground Floor hallways.  Standard coving to all other areas excluding kitchen and bathrooms.
  • Feature 'Cathedral ceiling' detail to Master Bedrooms and Family Rooms where possible (refer to specific house types for details).
  • Selan Designer kitchens are fully fitted with granite/stone worktops & upstands, soft closing doors and drawers, 1&1/2 bowl sinks fitted complete with chrome mixer taps.  Standard fit integrated appliances include Miele eye level single oven & multifunction microwave oven, glass extract hood, ceramic hob, dishwasher and free standing American Style fridge freezer; all finished in stainless steel where applicable.

  • Garage doors finished in white, complete with automatic opening facility.
  • Footpaths to garden areas to be formed in textured grey slabs. Slabbed patio area provided to rear garden areas.
  • Driveways and parking areas to be formed in porous coloured paviors.
  • Privacy fencing between plots to rear gardens.
  • Frontages designed as open plan, with front gardens being turfed and feature beech hedging to all plots.
